Gail C. Wilson, 89, of Pennsville, passed away Tues. April 30, 2024 at her residence.  She was born Jan. 26, 1935 to the late Mark and Margory (Clark) Hornbeck in London, OH. She was a switchboard operator in Columbus in her early days, then she enjoyed being a homemaker and helping on the farm. She was a member of the Pennsville Church of Christ and the OCCL Mother's Club.  She is survived by 2 sons, John R. (Kim) Wilson and Russell A. "Rusty" (Amy) Wilson, both of Stockport, daughter, Jean K. Goodnite of McConnelsville, 2 sisters, Jo Kelley and Ruth Spegal, both of London, 11 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, John M. Wilson, son, Harlan Wilson and son-in-law, Max Goodnite. Graveside service will be Fri. May 3, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. at Deer Creek Township Cemetery, 1255 Rt. 40, London, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shrivers Hospice Foundation.
