Gary A. Ford, age 62, of Beverly, Ohio died at approximately 7:00 a.m. on Monday, June 22, 2015 in Caldwell, Ohio following a truck accident. He was born on July 13, 1952 in Marietta, a son of the late Leroy and Ruth Dovenbarger Ford. He was a truck driver for William E. Ford Trucking in Marietta, a former coal miner, and construction worker. He was a member of the Stockport Church of Christ, a 32nd. Degree Mason, a member of Webb Lodge # 252 F&AM, Aladdin Temple of Columbus, Valley of Cambridge Scottish Rite, and United Coal Miners, Teamsters, and Operating Engineers Unions. He is survived by special friend, Virginia Cain of the home, 2 sons: Dan (Jennifer) Hooper of Zanesville, Chad (Linda) Ford of Baltimore, Oh., 2 daughters: Kaci (Jeremy) Drobina of Malta, Lori (Tom Blind) Shuster of Stockport, 8 grandchildren, 1 brother: Brian (Lynn) Ford of Lowell, 1 sister: Sheila (Dan) Geiling of Utica, and several nieces and nephews. Services will be on Thursday, June 25 at 11:00 a.m. at the Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill with Pastor Galen Finley officiating. Burial will be in Stockport Cemetery.
