Gary G. Hill, 71, of Stockport, passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at the Genesis Hospital in Zanesville.

Hill was born December 3, 1943, in Penn Township, Morgan County, to the late Delmar Ray Hill and Eva Faye Rouanzoin Hill.

Gary was retired from Malta Manufacturing Company. He also had worked for Taylor Woodcraft and J.L. Coats Oil Field Company.

Hill is survived by two daughters, Dianne Shriver of Stockport, and Brenda Flanagan of Dresden; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three sisters, Juanita Greathouse of Zanesville, Judy Gardner of Crooksville and Kay Calendine of Pennsville; and four brothers, Duane Hill of Pennsville, Billy Hill of Stockport, Terry Hill of Blue Rock, and David Hill of Pennsville.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Bobby, Larry, Max, and Richard Hill.

Calling hours will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, July 5, at the Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 6.

Gary will be laid to rest in Pennsville Cemetery.
