George C. Crites, 62, of Stockport, passed away on Thurs, Feb. 8, 2018 at the Genesis Morrison House in Zanesville. He was born in Ashtabula, Ohio on June 8, 1955 to the late Everett and Annabelle Van Pelt Crites. He worked as a landscaper for Dave's Landscaping in McConnelsville. He is survived by a son George Crites Jr. of Middlefield, Ohio 2 daughters, Sherry (Tony) Holloman of Dunedin, Fl, and Melinda (Rick) Crites of Clearwater, Fl, 1 brother, Everett Crites of Stockport, 1 sister, Loretta Smith of Mount Zion, W.Va. and several grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, son, Dwayne Crites and 2 brothers, Harry and John Crites. A caring cremation is taking place at his wishes.
