Gloria M. Scott 86, of Malta passed away at 8:45 a.m. Feb. 6,2017 at Marietta Memorial Hospital in Marietta. She was born October 18, 1930 in Morgan County the daughter of the late Sylvia Massey and Eleanor Sands Massey. She was the owner of the Bee-Lovly Beauty Shop in McConnelsville and a member of the Church Of The Gospel Ministry in McConnelsville. She is survived by a daughter, Lisa Harden of Malta, son Ted (Tracy) Scott of Malta; grandchildren  Kelsey Harden, Kacie Wainwright, Lacie McMannis, and Michael Scott; great grandchildren, Brayson Mayle and Corbin Wainwright. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Scott who died March 14, 2002. Calling hours will be held from 11:00 a.m  to 1:00 p.m. Friday, Feb 10, 2017 at Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville, graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Deerfield Cemetery near Malta.  Memorial contributions may be made  to the Church Of The Gospel Ministry.
