Helen I. Goins, 92, of Amesville, passed away on Tuesday, Oct 1, 2019 at the Riverside Landing Nursing Home. She was born on Oct. 7, 1926 in Amesville to the late Carl and Ella Hill Mayle. She is survived by a son, Rickie Goins of Amesville, 6 daughters, Patty Ginther of Bartlett, Ellen Goins of Columbus, Betty Scott of Columbus, Almeda Smith of Columbus, Tina Goins of Amesville and Shena Pipkens of Columbus, a sister, Grace "Patty" Croston of Chesterhill, several grand, great grand and great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, George Goins, 2 sons, Donnie and Sheron Goins and 4 daughters, Rita Goins, Diane Goins, Freda Goins and Paula Goins. Services will be held on Sat. Oct. 5, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at the Mt. Hermon Church near Amesville. Friends may call on the family on Friday, Oct 4 from 5-7 P.M. at the Stone-Matheney funeral Home in Chesterhill.
