Helen B. Brown 95, of Malta passed away Sunday, August 10, 2025 at her home. She was born March 27, 1930 in Athens County the daughter of the late, Floyd and Bessie Rosser. She worked for Ohio Division of Wildlife for 16 years. She is survived by her caregiver, Debbie Carper of McConnelsville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Brown;  two sisters, Evelyn Tavan and Alberta Russell; and a brother, Richard Rosser. Calling hours will be 12 to 1 p.m. Friday, August 15, 2025 at Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville where services will be at 1 with Mike Wells officiating. She will be laid to rest in Malta Cemetery beside her husband.
