Jane Ann Karcher, 64, of Stockport, formerly of Lancaster, passed away on Sat, May 18, 2024 at her residence.  She was born on Aug. 8, 1959 in Lancaster, Ohio to Max and Joyce Pfier Karcher.  She worked as a social worker at the Center of Hope in Lancaster, where she held many different positions.  She is survived by her mother, Joyce Karcher of Lancaster, a son, Tobyn Warthman of Stockport, 3 sisters, June Griffith of Lancaster, Lou Ann Bemis of Lancaster and Susie Rogers of Groveport.  She is preceded in death by her father.  Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville is handling a cremation at the family's request.
