Jane A. Zumbro, 75, of Stockport, passed away on June 13,2024, at Riverside Landing in McConnelsville. She was born on April 22, 1949, in Stockport, Ohio, to the late Kenneth and Norma (Gage)McCoy. Jane was a homemaker, raising her boys to adulthood, and later worked for 20 years at Morgan Hardware, where she loved working in the garden section in the spring and summer. She was a member of the United Methodist church, attending and playing piano at both Stockport and Oakland. She is survived by her son, Matt (Shannon) Zumbro of McConnelsville, her sister Sue Anderson of Beverly, brother Tom (Kelly) McCoy of Malta, sisters-in-law, Dee Harrison of McConnelsville and Linda (Jake) Reinstetle of Zanesville, 5 grandchildren, Karlie, Zach, Kaitlyn, Kenzie and Chloe Zumbro, and life-long family friend, Dorian Sealock. She is preceded in death by her parents, the love of her life, husband, Daniel Zumbro, and son, Scott Zumbro. Jane spent her final year at Riverside Landing, being loved and cared for by the amazing staff and all the residents, and for that, her family is forever grateful. We are also grateful for the exceptional care she received from Shrivers Hospice. At her request, no service will be held. Matheney Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
