Janet H. Auxier, 84, of McConnelsville, died on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at the Highland Oaks Nursing Home in McConnelsville. She was born on January 20, 1928 in Snow Flake West Virginia to the late Charles and Pearl Estep Blevins. She was a self-employed Beautician and attended the Calvary Baptist Church in McConnelsville. She is survived by one daughter, Juanita M. Vance of McConnelsville, three grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and a daughter. Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville is handling the arrangements. A caring cremation is taking place at the family's request.
