Janet S. Eddleblute 67, of Malta , passed away December 19, 2017 at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville. She was born December 20, 1949 in Zanesville the daughter of Russell Downing and the late Florence June Clapper Downing. She was a Barber for 50 years and worked in Morgan County since 1984. She is survived by her father, Russell Downing of Chandlersville; husband, Charles Eddleblute whom she married October 1, 1969; daughter, Leslie (John) Robbins of Malta; four grandchildren, Jason(Shannon) Robbins, Nick Robbins, Kevin (Sarah) Robbins and Brodey (Taylor) Hensley; three great grandchildren, Sophia Robbins, Charlee Jo Hensley, and Walker Reaz Hensley; one sister Tyna Dailey of Adamsville; sisters-in -laws, Martha Ray of Malta , Marcie Dupre of Waterford, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother and a sister-in-law, Bambi Lockhart. Friends may call 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.  Friday, December 22, 2017 at Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville. Private family graveside services will be held on Saturday at Chandlersville Cemetery.
