Janet Pauley Rush, 67, of 2332 Arch Hill Rd. Zanesville passed away Saturday October 29,2011 at 2:00 p.m. at her home. She was born November 5,1943 in Meigs County to the late Harley Pauley and Dessie Butcher Pauley.

Janet was retired from the Bloomer Candy Company of Zanesville. She loved crafts, flowers, her Bible studies, and visiting with her family and friends. She dearly loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Janet is survived by her husband John Rush; two daughters, Dessie (Bradley) Claypool of Nashport, Sandra (Mark) Beach of Zanesville; a son, Terry (Lisa) Van Horn of Kindred, N.D.; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren; two step daughters; three sisters, Helen (Harry) Martin of McConnelsville, Irene House of McConnelsville; her twin sister, Janice (Roy) Patterson of McConnelsville; two brothers, Harlan (Gloria) Pauley of Crouse, N.C. and Larry Pauley of McConnelsville. In addition to her parents she was preceeded in death by her first husband Marvin Van Horn, a sister Romona Spencer and a brother Robert Pauley.

Calling hours will be Tuesday November 1,2011 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville where funeral services will be held Wednesday November 2,2011 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Galen Finley officiating. The burial will be in Malta Cemetery.
