Janice Lucille Wogan, 79, of Chesterhill, passed away on Weds, July 8, 2020 at her residence.  She was born on July 14, 1940 in Beverly, Ohio to the late George Dewey Allen and Lillie "Babe" Bell Allen.  She owned and operated her own restaurant, Marion Township Clerk and worked as a branch manager for the Kate-Love Simpson Library in Chesterhill.  She is survived by a son Allen and Cecelia Wogan of Chesterhill, a daughter, Cathy Wogan and her husband Stephen Bosch of Elkins Park, Pa, a brother, John Allen of Dungannon, 4 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Howard Burgess Wogan, a brother Donald Allen and 2 sisters, Judith Keylor and JoAnn Lewis.  A caring cremation is taking place at her request.  Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill is handling the arrangements.  To send note to the family go to www.matheneyfh.com.
