Jeffrey Allen Carnes, 57, of Parkersburg, passed away Wed, July 24, 2024 at Camden Clark Hospital.  He was born Mar. 5, 1967 to Leonard "Jock" Carnes and Shirley (Mayle) Carnes in Zanesville, OH.  He was the owner of Jeffrey Carnes Trucking Enterprises. He is survived by his mother, Shirley (Mayle) Carnes of Chesterhill, and several aunts and uncles. He is preceded in death by his father, Leonard "Jock" Carnes.  Funeral service will be held Mon, July 29, 2024 at 11:00 A.M at Mt. Hermon Church in Amesville, with burial following at Mt.
