Jerome K. Andzelik Jr., 73 of Chesterhill, passed away on Sun. May 3, 2020 at his residence.  He was born on Feb. 11, 1947 in Pittsburg to the late Mary Coughlin.  He was a truck driver for Leaseway Transportation in Cleveland.  He is survived by his wife of 42 years Carolyn Hampton Andzelik, 1 son, Jerome Andzelik III of Brunswick, 2 daughters, Tammy Blaylock of Spencer and Jessica Gossman of Dresden, 3 brothers, Larry Andzelik of Fla, David Andzelik of Solon and Tommy Andzelik of Solon, 4 sisters, Patty Leman, Rita Copley, Dolly Andzelik and Debbie Golick all of Pennsylvania, 10 grand Children and several great grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his mother, daughter, Mary Andzelik and a sister, Mary Kiggins.  A caring cremation it taking place at the families request.  Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill is handling the arrangements.  To send a note of condolence to the family go to www.matheneyfh.com.
