John H Gray, 89, of Stockport, passed away on Thurs, June 3, 2021 at the Ohio State University Hospital.  He was born on July 19, 1931 in Loveland W.Va. to the late Robert and Nellie Hensley Gray.  He graduated Rutland High School in 1949 and proudly served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict. He was a Machinist at Superior Tool and Die in Columbus.  He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Constance Laff Gray of the home, a brother, Richard Gray of Broadhead Wis, 11 nieces and 9 nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 wives, 5 brothers and 4 sisters.  John loved his garden and was well known and well-loved in his community and wherever he went.  Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville is handling the arrangements.  To send a note of condolence to the family go to www.mathenfh.com.
