John G. Shuster, 79, of Reinersville, passed away with his family by his side on Mon, Jan. 31, 2022 at the Highland Oaks Nursing Home in McConnelsville.  He was born on Nov. 24, 1942 in Reinersville to the late Fred and Faye Graham Shuster.  He worked and retired from Globe Metallurgical Inc. in Waterford.  He is survived by his wife Kay Johnson Shuster of the home, 3 sons, Tim (Teresa) Shuster of Dale, Danny Shuster of McConnelsville and Casey (Diana) Shuster of Portersville, 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his parents, a son Mark Shuster, 4 brothers, Harold, Howard, Dean and Jim Shuster and 2 sisters, Sadie Huffman and Mary Nichols.  A private family service will take place on Mon, Feb. 7, 2022 at 12:00 P.M. at the Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville with burial following in the Reinersville Cemetery.  To send a note of condolence to the family go to www.matheneyfh.com.
