Joy A. Seibel, age 65, of McConnelsville, Ohio, died from the complications of diabetes. Surviving is her son Hank W Seibel of Stockport Ohio and former husband Charles W Seibel of Stockport, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald R. Shook and Virginia I. Peck Shook of Frazeysburg and two brothers Michael L Shook of Frazeysburg, Ohio and Daniel R. Shook of Newark, Ohio. She is survived by a sister, Jeanette Caldwell of Frazeysburg, Ohio and nephew Eric M Caldwell, and nieces Jodi L Vorys, Misty A Caldwell, and Valerie M Caldwell. She will be sadly missed by her family and all her internet friends on her websites. A celebration of Joys life will be at a later date and time.
