Joyce E. Wallace, 91 of Belpre, passed away on Tues, Aug. 27, 2024 at the Rockland Ridge Nursing Home in Belpre.  She was born on Nov. 20, 1932 in Roxbury, Ohio to the late Cortley and Lylliss Eddleblute Wallace.  She worked as the Finance and Insurance manager at Pioneer Chevrolet in Marietta and then retired as the Manager of a Property Management firm in Columbus.  She was a member of the Oakland United Methodist Church in Stockport and the Gilman United Methodist Church in Marietta.  She is survived by 2 daughters, Joan (Tim) Zoller of Marietta and Lynn Wallace of Lowell, a brother, Dan (Ginny) Wallace of Stockport, 3 grandchildren, Kaila Gebhart, Ann (Mark) Yeager and Leslie (Patrick) Zoller 3 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  She is preceded in death by her parents, a son, Mark Abel, 2 brothers, Ray and John Wallace and a sister Dorothy Elliott.  Services will be held on Fri, Aug. 30, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at the Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville with burial following in the Oakland Cemetery.  Friends may call on the family from 11-1 P.M. on the day of the services.  The family would like to thank the Rockland Nursing Staff and Amedisys Hospice for all of their care.
