Kate Lewis Harrison age 84 of E. McConnel Ave., McConnelsville, O. passed away Friday March 13, 2015 at 2:19 a.m. at Hospice/Morrison House Zanesville, O. She was a wonderful wife, mother, mamaw and will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Kate was born Feb. 5, 1931 In Riffle, W. Va. The daughter of the late Paul and Hazel Carr Lewis. Surviving is one son Larry(Jill) Harrison of Chandler, Arizona, two daughters Jean(J. D.) Adams of Stockport, O. and Judy Giffin of McConnelsville, O., one daughter-in-law Dee Harrison of Malta, O., one sister Marge (Jr.) Barkhurst of Malta, O. 9 grandchildren Missy(Casey) Myers, Rusty(Dannielle) Harrison, Rhett Harrison, Brady(Mykah) Harrison ,Jason Adams, Joe(Mandi) Adams, Jenny(Rob) Ellis ,Jacki(Harry) Hernandez, Carrie(Dustin) Rine and 15 greatgrandchildren.She is preceded in death by her husband Carl Harrison, a son Randy Harrison, parents and two brothers Jake & John Lewis. Funeral services will be held Tues. March 17, at 11:00 a.m. at the Matheney Funeral Home of McConnelsville, with Rev. Galen Finley officiating. Friends may call from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday March 16, at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Malta Cemetery.
