Kathy “Kacy” S. Cunningham, born August 6, 1956, passed away peacefully at home Monday, March 23, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones. She was the daughter of the late Sylvia A. Cunningham (Greer) and Harley L. Cunningham. Kacy was known for her dedication and strong work ethic, retiring from Gould/Miba after an incredible 50 years of service. Kacy is survived by her husband, Robert A. Hall; her brother, Robert L. Cunningham (Mary); and her nieces, Beth Tabler (Cunningham), Heather Cunningham, and Amy Hall. She also leaves behind her great-nieces and nephews: Colton (Donna), Alyssa, and Mariah Tabler, and Dylan and Kylie Rose. Great-great nephews & niece Myles, Malcolm & Macy Tabler and Tidus & Luca McKay. Kacy was incredibly blessed to share her life with lifelong (girl-friends) who were more than friends—they were family. Lorrie Bowman (“Moose”), Terri Lynn (“Booba”), Kelly McCoy (“Bumper”), and Vicki Kuntz stood by her through decades of life’s joys and challenges. Their unwavering support, laughter, and love were a cornerstone of her happiness, and the bond they shared was one of the greatest treasures of her life. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her niece, Devin Hall. Kacy will be remembered for the love she had for her family and friends and the many memories shared throughout her life. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville is handling a caring cremation at her request.
