Kathy Lynn Duncan, age 35 of Stockport, Ohio died at 12:34 pm Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2021 at her residence.  She was born Dec. 26, 1986 in Marietta, Ohio to Carol Ohlinger Duncan.  She was a graduate of Morgan High School.  Surviving is her mother Carol, fathers:  Ernest Duncan and Ed Burgett and her step-father Dale Lutz.  Other survivors, one daughter, Shianna Duncan, Stockport, Ohio.  Three brothers, Tim Duncan of Stockport, Lee Duncan of McConnelsville, and Anthony Duncan of Roseville.  Two sisters, Amber Duncan of Chesterhill and Antasia Duncan of McConnelsville.  Several aunts, uncles and cousins.  At the families request her body was cremated. Matheney Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
