Larry J. Spencer, 74, of McConnelsville, passed away Thur. Dec. 19, 2024 at his residence.  He was born Jan. 8, 1951 to the late Oran and Marjorie (Gheen) Spencer in Zanesville, OH.  He served in the Army in Vietnam and was a truck driver for 37 years. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and spending time with family and friends.  He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Jane Spencer of the home; sons, Mitch (Jessica) Spencer of McConnelsville, Joel (Rochelle) Eppley of Thornville, and Barry (Janine) Eppley of Houston TX; daughters, Jennetta (Shawn) Waite of Canton, NC, and Danielle (Steve) Williams of Thornville; brothers, Ronald (Lois) Spencer of Belpre and Roger (Connie) Spencer of Stockport; sister, Donna Work of Belpre; grandchildren, Donna, Megan, Bradley, JT, Niah, Audrey, Grace, Katharine, Alexis, Kristina, and Rader; great grandchildren, Jaxtin and Myles; and many aunts and uncles.  He is preceded in death by his parents, sister, Charlene Zumbro and mother-in-law Sue Gavin.
