Linda M. Keck, 69 of Stockport, died on Monday, Dec. 9, 2013 at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Zanesville. She was born on June 29, 1944 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Paul and Phyllis Magsig Shafer. She retired from the Northwest School System in Canal Fulton where she worked as a school teacher and was a member of the Liberty United Brethren Church near Chesterhill. She is survived by her husband Daniel Keck of the home, 1 son, Daniel Keck II of Chillicothe, 2 daughters, Joanne Reneker of Dover and Amy Rhea of Van Cleave, Miss., 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother Larry Shafer. Services will be held on Friday, Dec. 13, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at the Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill with Pastor Charles Simmons officiating. Burial will follow in the Old Mission Cemetery in Upper Sandusky. Friends may call on the family on Thursday, Dec. 12, 2013 from 6-8 P.M. and 1 hour prior to the services on Friday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
