Linda Lee Klies, 67, of Malta to the sorrow and heartbreak of her family, passed away unexpectedly at her home on October 23,2012. Linda was born on December 4,1944 to Lawrence E. Williams and Betty (Anderson) Williams Bullock. She graduated from M.&M. High School in 1963 and went on to cosmetology school after graduation and became a licensed cosmetologist. On December 1,1964 she married Jerry L. Klies. Linda will be remembered by many for laughter and love. She was a member of The Church Of The Gospel Ministry. After starting a family Linda gave up her job as a cosmetologist and stayed at home to raise her daughter, Tina. She returned to work outside the home when Tina went to college. Linda worked for Randy Shrivers at Shrivers Pharmacy for many years and then for Kevin Robison at Daisy Flower Shoppe until she retired to being housewife and traveling grammy (grandmother). Linda was a loving mother to and is survived by her daughter Tina and son-in-law Rob Lucas of Richmond, Ohio. To Tina's three children Braidy, Brock and Avery she was the magic grammy who made wishes come true. She is also survived by her mother Betty Bullock of Mount Vernon, Ohio, one aunt Doris (Andy) Anderson Lechler of Columbus, Ohio, one sister Nancy (Dan) Bellville of McConnelsville, one brother Jeff (Linda) Bullock of Mount Vernon, Ohio, one sister-in-law Carol Gutberlett of Florida. Linda will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews- Aaron (Debi) Bellville and their daughters Laney, Reese and Gabby; Staci Woodyard and her daughter Gracie and Carol Jarosky of Plainfield, Indiana; Kurt (Aleta) Bullock of Mount Vernon and their daughters Regan, Hailey and Chloe; Kyle (Heather) Bullock of Mount Vernon and their daughters Shannon, Savannah, Kylee, and Gionna; Kevin (Amanda) Bullock of Mount Vernon and their children Andrew, Katlin and Keegan; Angie Gutberlet Schmidle of Marietta and her daughter Cassidy. Linda was preceded in death by her husband Jerry who died January 10,2011, her father Lawrence Williams and her mother and father-in-law William (Bill) and Bessie (Dailey) Klies and her brother-in-law Leroy Gutberlett. Calling hours will be Friday October 26,2012 from 2:00-4:00 & 6:00-8:00 p.m. at The Church Of The Gospel Ministry in McConnelsville where funeral services will be held Saturday October 27,2012 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Galen Finley officiating. After the services a caring cremation will take place. Memorial contributions may be made in Linda's memory to The Church Of The Gospel Ministry or the M.&M. Fire Department in McConnelsville, Ohio.
