Linda K. Sanders, 77, of Malta passed away Fri. Jan. 17, 2025 at her residence.  She was born July 3, 1947 to the late Oscar and Florence (Breese) Wilson in Malta, OH. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend. She was a very devoted Christian, and she was proud of her small town. She loved her family and friends and was a fan of Elvis, the Steelers, and The Ohio State Buckeyes. She is survived by her husband of 57 years John F. Sanders of the home, 2 daughters, Melissa "Missi" (Brad) Davis of South Carolina and Brenda (Shane) Roberts of Malta; grandchildren, Jeffrey M. Herman II, Zachariah (Drew) Herrmann, Jessica (Cory) Smithers, and Shayna Roberts; great grandchildren, Sierra (Brandon) Reidy, Kylan Herrmann, Caitlynn Smithers, Arianna Keefe, Aiden Smithers, Harleigh Smithers, Teddy Komjathy, Sylas, Eldon, Tyden and Halon Roberts; great-great grandchildren, Carter Claus and Jessie Lee Reidy; her sister-in-law, and many cousins and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister, Ursulla Wilson and grandson, Seth Roberts.  Services will be held Tues. Jan 21, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. at Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville.
