Llda L. Price 98, of the Riverside Country Care Center in McConnelsville formerly of 4689 N. Price Rd. Malta passed away at 1:15 a.m. February 22, 2011 at the care center. She was born October 10, 1912 in Stockport the daughter of the late Oscar Hanlin and Pearl Gheen Hanlin. She was an assistant to Dr. Manley and to Dr. Richmond for many years and also worked for the Home Health care. She was a member of the Deerfield Presbyterian Church . She is survived by two sons, Martin (Bonnie) Price of North Ft. Myers, Florida and Walter (Marilyn) Price of Castleton, Virginia; two grandchildren and one great grandchild; one sister, Frances Harris of Miamsburg, Ohio and one brother Harold C. Hanlin of Xenia, Ohio. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dwight Price who died March 24, 1993, one sister, Lelea Hanlin and three brothers Paul, Dwight, and Maurice Hanlin. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday Feb. 25, 2011 at the Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 26, 2011 at the Deerfield Presbyterian Church with Reverend Barbara Morrison officiating. Burial will be in Deerfield Cemetery.
