Loretta Renee Milligan, 39, of Beverly, passed away at 2:30 p.m. March 9, 2014, at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland.

She was born August 15, 1974, in Zanesville, the daughter of John Rex and Ruth Dye Rex.

She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her mother of Beverly; husband, Anthony Milligan; daughter, Myranda Milligan of the home; and a son, Tyler Milligan of Beverly; brother, Jonathan (Heather) Rex of Vincent; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 :30 p.m. Friday, March 14, at Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville, where services will be held at 2 p.m.

Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Lowell.
