Loretta Kaye Ratliff, 74, of McConnelsville, Ohio passed away on Fri, March 29, 2024.  She was born on Oct. 14, 1949 in Chesterhill, Ohio to the late Everett and Delores North Shook.  She was the longtime manager of Olde Towne Dry Cleaners in Zanesville.  She was a Methodist by faith and was a member of the Malta VFW Post #4713 Ladies Aux, Eagles #2187 in McConnelsville, Moose Lodge # 2317 in McConnelsville and the American Legion Post # 29 in Zanesville.  She is survived by 4 daughters, Robin Hupp of Arcadia Florida, Kimberly (Tim) Rose of Reynoldsburg, Tamara (Mike) Green of Vincent and Amanda Voisinet of Parkersburg, 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents and 3 brothers, Kenneth, Claude and Gary Shook.  Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville is handling a caring cremation at her request.
