Lucy E. Williams, 89, of Stockport, passed away on Tues. Jan. 10, 2017 at the Riverside Landing Nursing Home in McConnelsville. She was born on Feb. 24, 1927 in Elliotts Crossroads near Chesterhill Ohio to the late Royal D. and Lola Ahle Wade. She was a homemaker and enjoyed raising her children. She is survived by 2 sons, John C. Williams of Orlando, Fl and Larry R. Williams of Pennsylvania, a daughter, Jane Work of Orlando, Fl, 1 granddaughter and 1 great grandson. She is preceded in death by her parents, Husband, Carlton C. Williams, a infant son, David Allen Williams and a sister, Mary Evalyn Staskevich. Services will be held on Weds. Jan. 18, 2017 at 12:00 P.M. Noon at the Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville with pastor Deane Wagner officiating. Burial will follow in the Stockport Cemetery. Friends may call on the family from 10-12 A.M. on the day of the funeral.
