Marilyn S. White 68, of  Malta, passed away at 12 :00 p.m. Dec. 20, 2016 at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville . She was born August 28, 1948 in Zanesville. She was adopted  by Hugh Davis and Wanda Garner Davis  who raised her. She worked at Malta Manufacturing and Essex Wire in Zanesville,  and owned her own Beauty Shop. She is survived by her best friend, Lee Newton of 34 years, sons Harley Billy White of McConnelsville and Michael White of Mt. Perry, three grandchildren and three great grand children.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Mike Davis. A cremation will take place without any services.  Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville is entrusted with arrangements.  Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
