Marilyn M. Shifflet, 68, of Marion formerly of Pennsville, passed away on Friday, June 20, 2025.  She was born on May 5, 1957 in Zanesville, Ohio to the late Dwight and Shirley Stobart Murphey.  She retired after many years from Wyndot Services Company in Marion.  She is survived by a son, Victor Corwin of Marion, a daughter, Cindy Kessler of Marion, 2 brothers, Dwight Greory Murphey of Wimber Penn. and Steve Murphey of Pennsville, 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Husband, Teddy Shifflet and a son Harold Mike Corwin II.  A Graveside service will be held on Friday, June 27 at 2:30 P.M. at the Murphey Family Cemetery.
