Marion M. Pierce Triplet, 91, of Sunbury, Ohio formerly of Chesterhill died on Weds, Sept. 16, 2015 at the Country View Nursing Home in Sunbury. She was born on Oct. 22, 1923 in Lathrop, Ohio to the late Roy and Margaret Quinn Pierce. She retired from General Electric in Worthington, Oh, where she was an inspector and she was a member of the O.E.S. She is survived by 4 sons, Johnny E. Slonager of Port Charlotte, Fl, Phillip C. Triplet of Marion, Anthony W. Triplet of Worthington and Gregory Triplet of Sunbury, 2 daughters, Charlotte Beis of Upper Arlington and Dixie Franklin of Columbus, 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 1 step-grandson, 2 step-great grandchildren and 1 step-great great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Carroll B. Triplet, 4 brothers, Roy, Ray, Richard and Wallace Pierce and 2 sisters, Opal Drengacs and Katherine Parsons. Services will be held on Monday, Sept. 21, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at the Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill. Burial will follow in the Bartlett Cemetery. Friends may call on the family from 12-2 P.M. on the day of the services.
