Martha Jane Mayle, 84, of Chesterhill, passed away on Tues. Nov. 29, 2016 at the Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born on June 15, 1932 in Chesterhill, Ohio to the late Frank and Audrie Mayle. She was a homemaker and worked for the Malta Mayors Office and the Mark Rest Center in McConnelsville. She attended the Chesterhill Church of Christ. She is survived by 2 sons, Wendell (Stephanie) Mayle of Malta and Doran (Stephanie) Mayle of Chesterhill, 3 daughters, Gloria (Nelson) Myers of Chesterhill, Carla (Kevin) Kennedy of Belpre and Laura (Eric Felix) Mayle of Chesterhill, 4 brothers, James Mayle of Zanesville, Donald "Buck" Mayle of Zanesville, Gary Mayle of Columbus and Jerry Mayle of Chesterhill, 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and special friends, Susie Rush and Patty Croston. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Neil W. Mayle, 3 brothers, Ernest, Junior and Howard Mayle and a sister, Dorothy Mayle. Services will be held on Sat. Dec. 3, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at the Southland Mission Church near Cutler with burial following in the Mt Hermon Cemetery near Amesville.
