Mary C. Mayle, 83, of Malta passed away Friday, March 19, 2021 at her home. She was born April 9, 1937 in Morgan County to the late Gale Norris and Norma Clayton Norris.  Mary worked as a caregiver for the late Justus and Captola Alderman of McConnelsville for many years. She was an avid gardener and loved the outdoors and her flowers.  Mary is survived by two daughters, Rebecca (Ronald) Tyndall of Apex, NC, Jackie (Tom) Cunningham of Malta; two sons, Michael Mayle of Belpre and Bryan (Tammie) Mayle of Malta; several grandchildren; and great grandchildren. Also surviving are two sisters, Joyce Norris of Scottsdale, AZ, Joann Franklin of Costa Mesa, CA;  a brother, Keith Norris of Vancouver, WA; and special friends, Joann Lilly and Brenda Walters. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lewis Mayle; brother, Rollin Norris; and two infant twin brothers.  A graveside service will be held Monday, March 22, 2021 at 1 p.m. at Malta Cemetery with Pastor Rick Bourne officiating.  Mary will be laid to rest beside her husband, Robert.
