Mary V. Hale 91, of McConnelsville, passed away Jan. 2, 2016 at Highland Oaks Health Center in McConnelsville with her family at her side. She was born August 16, 1924 in Morgan County the daughter of the late Hobart Hinkle and Winnifred Snyder Hinkle. She cleaned houses and worked at Elliott's Laundromat. She is survived by children Jane (Roger) Wallace of McConnelsville, Barb Stanley of McConnelsville, James (Minnie) Hale of Burlington, North Carolina and Carroll (Leura) Hale of McConnelsville, grandchildren Bryan (Rachel) Wallace of Lima, Shelly (Mike) Logar of Fairfax, Va., great grandchildren Kelsey Grace, Cameron Joseph, and Karlie Elizabeth Wallace of Lima, Ian Patrick, Conner James, and Ainsley Marie Logar of Fairfax, Va., sister Rosie Cox of Malta. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Wilford Hale who died Oct. 3, 1997, sisters Ellen Corder, Gereldine Wilson,Lura Musser, Carrie Stephens, brothers Robert, Chuck, and Hobart Hinkle Jr. and an infant brother, also an infant granddaughter. Calling hours will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Jan, 4, 2016 and one hour prior to services Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2016 at Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville.
