Mary E. Laychak, 82, of Malta passed away at 7:20 p.m. Saturday April 5,2014 at her home. She was born April 13, 1931 in Pochahautis, Ark. to the late Oliver Watson and Victoria Parker Watson. Mary was a housewife and was a member of the Malta United Methodist Church. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her favorite song was I Want Us All to Be Together In Heaven. She is survived by her husband of 60 years Mike Laychak, a son Floyd (Letta) Laychak of McConnelsville, a broher James Watson of St Louis, Mo., 6 grandchildren Angel Hornbeck, Alica Lyons, Kimberly Mullins, Mikeial M. Laychak, Mary E. Adkins, Floyd Wayne Laychak, 7 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Friends and family may call 2:00-4:00& 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday April 8, 2014 at the Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville where funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday April 9, 2014 with Pastor Bill Bentley officiating.
