Mary Geraldine Sheets, 92, of Stockport, passed away on Thursday, Sept 11, 2014. She was born on Nov. 6, 1921 in Pennsville, to the late Charles and Bernice Rouanzoin Calendine. She married Wayne Sheets in 1941 prior to him reporting for duty in the U.S. Army. She is survived by three children, Octava M. (Paul) Roddy of Fleming, Gary W. Sheets of Stockport and Gordon E (Lynne) Sheets of Bartlett. Also surviving is grandson Ranson Sheets and two step-grandchildren Jeb Best and Chelsea Clifton. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother, Vernon Calendine and three sisters, Virginia Krouskoupf, Hazel Mosher, Wava Adams and one infant sister Wanda Calendine. Services will be held on Monday, Sept. 15, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at the Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill. Burial will follow in the Dale Cemetery. Friends may call on the family 1 hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
