Max Goodnite 66 of McConnelsville went to be with the Lord surrounded by his family after a long illness on Tuesday, September 28, 2021.  Max was born on October 24, 1954 to the late Hubert and Eleanor Brower Goodnite.  Max was a member of the Antioch Church of Christ in Pennsville.   Max leaves behind his loving wife Jean Goodnite of 48 years; his 3 children, Terri (Joe) Clemens, Debbie (Joe) Milligan and Adam (Jennifer) Goodnite; 8 grandchildren Jacob, Eric, Samantha, Chase, Luke, Lindsey, Daren and Daniel; 7 great grandchildren. Siblings Diane Goodnite, Mitch Goodnite, Mike (Mickey) Goodnite and Angela (Bill) Young.  The family would like to extend a special Thank You to the kind and caring staff of Shivers Hometown Hospice.  Max loved his family just as much as they loved him. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.  Services will be held on Sat.
