Michael Alan Dulaney, 67, of Malta, passed away on Thurs. Jan. 4, 2018 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born on Jan. 29, 1950 in Chesterhill, Ohio to the late Calvin and Wilma Jean Weatherby Dulaney. He retired from Gould Inc. in McConnelsville. He attended the Malta United Methodist Church and was a member of the VFW Post #4713 in Malta, Eagles #2187 in McConnelsville and loved to fish. He is survived by a daughter, Kerri (Kevin) Theiss of Waterford, 2 step-daughters, Trina (George) Davis of Dublin and Shanda (Bill) Scherer of Streetsboro, a brother Jeff (Marlene) Dulaney of McConnelsville, 8 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Sharon Agin Dulaney, 2 sons, Christopher and Jason Dulaney and a brother Calvin Dulaney. Services will be held on Tuesday, Jan 9, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at the Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville with burial following in the Chesterhill Cemetery. Friends may call on the family on Monday, Jan 8 from 5-7 P.M. and 1 hour prior to the services. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Malta United Methodist Church.
