Michael Duncan, 59, of Malta, died on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at 7:40 A.M. at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on October 1, 1953 in Bristol Township near McConnelsville to the late Dalton and Ruth Gibeaut Duncan. He worked for Richey Brothers and attended the Meigs Church of Christ. He is survived by 1 son John Duncan of Malta, 2 daughters, April Hill of Malta and Chelsy Duncan of McConnelsville, 2 brothers, Frank Duncan of Stockport and Glen Duncan of Hackney, 1 sister, Melissa Woodward of Meigs and 8 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother Andy Duncan. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Marietta Hospice, 400 Matthew Street, Marietta, Ohio 45750. A Private memorial service will be held at a later date and time. Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville is handling the arrangements for the family.
