Michael W. McCoy II, 41, of Stockport, passed away on Fri., Feb. 7, 2025 at the Ohio State University Hospital.  He was born on June 11, 1983 in Zanesville, Ohio to the late Michael and Lori Dawson McCoy.  He spent most of his time helping out at the Morgan Veterinary Clinic in McConnelsville.  He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Tricia Groah McCoy of the home, 2 daughters, Adrianna (Cody) Townsend of Chesterhill and Arieonna (Brian) Adkins of McConnelsville, a sister, Alisha McCoy of Stockport, a grandson Beckett and 2 more grandchildren on the way.  He is preceded in death by his parents.  A service will be held on Weds., Feb. 12, 2025 at 12:00 Noon at the Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville with burial following in the Mt Olivet Cemetery.  Friends may call on the family from 10-12 P.M on the day of the services.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help with the arrangements.  To send a note of condolence to the family go to www.matheneyfh.com.
