MALTA: Michael J. Rambo, 54, of Malta, Ohio, died Monday, May 25, 2009 at 10:45 p.m. at the Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital in Zanesville. He was born Sept. 12, 1954 in Zanesville, Ohio to the late Robert and Dorothy Whitehouse Rambo. He was a laborer at Malta Manufacturing, a member of the Crooksville Eagles, and a member of the Sons of The American Legion in McConnelsville. He is survived by his wife, Paula VanNess Rambo of the home; one daughter, Terri Jo Rambo of Blue Rock; step children, Michele Venoy and Travis Brownrigg both of McConnelsville and Andrea Knierim of Parma; one brother, Terry Rambo of Roseville; one sister, Sharon Starner of Roseville; two grandchildren, Regan Petry and Chris Rambo; three step grandchildren; a special friend "Snoop Dog"; and lots of friends. In lieu of flowers you can make donations to the American Cancer Society. There will be a memorial service at a later date and time.
