Nelda Lee Davis, 85 of McConnelsville, passed away on Weds. Oct. 5, 2016 at the Highland Oaks Nursing Home. She was born on Oct. 19, 1930 in Pennsville, Ohio to the late Olin and Ruth Bachelor Davis. She was a homemaker and a member of the Seventh Street Church of Christ in McConnelsville. She is survived by a brother, Terry Davis of Dover, a sister, Vivian Davis of McConnelsville, cousins, Sandra Watson of Philo and Carmen Stackhouse of Zanesville and many friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother Donald Davis. Services will be held on Friday, Oct. 7, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at the Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville with Evang. Randy Baker officiating. Burial will follow in the Pennsville Cemetery. Friends may call on the family from 11-1 P.M. on the day of the funeral.
