Nicky D. Harlow, 61, of New Lexington, passed away Monday, Feb. 29, 2016, at his home, in New Lexington. He was born Nov. 20, 1954, in Malta, to the late Daniel Harlow and Betty Roberts Harlow. Nicky was a former truck driver and he was a Navy veteran. Harlow is survived by two sons, Daniel Harlow of Thornville and Jeremy Harlow of Waterford; six sisters, Beatrice Jivenjee of Columbus, Karen Dye of Westerville, Beryl Curtis and Sue Kirkbride both of Roseville, Tammie Morris of Seattle, WA, and Shannan Kennedy of Zanesville; four brothers, Kenneth Harlow, Lyle Harlow, and David Harlow, all of Stockport, and Carl Harlow of Parkersburg, WV; and three grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Harlow. At his request, a cremation will take place. Calling hours will be held from 12 noon to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 5, at the Miller-Huck Funeral Home, in McConnelsville, where a memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., with Pastor Kathy Reynolds officiating. The burial of Nicky's ashes will be in the Malta Cemetery, with Military Honors provided by the American Legion Post No. 24 Color Guard. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.miller-huck.com.
