Patricia A. Edwards, 80 of the Riverside Country Care Center McConnelsville passed away Saturday March 14, 2009 at 6:40 A.M. at the nursing home. She was born November 30, 1928 in Columbus. Patricia was a homemaker and was a member of the Cornerstone Baptist Church in New Lexington.

She is survived by four sons, Dean (Cheryl) Edwards of Lancaster, Roy (Susan) Edwards of Columbus, Scott (Pam) Edwards of Malta, Eric (Bonnie) Edwards of South Point, Ohio; one sister, Carol Patzer of Grove City; one brother, Carl Butch Gray of Montveade, Fl.; 12 Grandchildren; seven Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl Gray & Rose Daniell Gray; Her husband, Carl E. Edwards; two sisters, Helen "Cookie" Douthitt & Laura Jean Hall.

Calling hours will be 12:00-2:00 P.M. Tuesday March 17, 2009 at the Cornerstone Baptist Church on Broadway St. in New Lexington. A funeral service will be at 2:00P.M. at the church with Pastor Larry Ruh officiating with the burial in Dutch Hill Cemetery near Malta. Miler-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville is in charge of the arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
