Patrick A. Kramer, 58, of Malta, passed away on Monday, Aug. 3, 2020.  He was born on March 12, 1962 in Columbus to the late John H. and Mary Ellen Whitsed Kramer.  He is survived by his sister, Margaret Miller of Columbus.  He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, John Kramer Jr.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.  Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville is handling the arrangements.  To send a note of condolence to the family go to www.matheneyfh.com.
