Patti J. Burch, 57, of 6185 N. Bankes Rd., Malta, passed away at 6:28 p.m. Monday, Aug. 19, 2013, at her home.

She was born February 10, 1956, in Zanesville, the daughter of the late Alfred Maxwell and Betty Hoover Maxwell.

She worked at Riverside Processing in McConnelsville, Hall's Pottery, Morgan County Senior Center and was a caregiver to several elderly people. She was a member of the Tridelphia United Methodist Church in Tridelphia and the VFW women's Auxiliary in Malta.

She is survived by sons, Michael Burch of McConnelsville and Matthew Burch of Hamden, OH; brothers, Robert Maxwell of McConnelsville and Richard Maxwell of Malta; several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 22, at the Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 23, with Pastor Charles Mollohan Jr. officiating.

She will be laid to rest in Deerfield Cemetery.
