Paul M. Gould, 97 of Bartlett died on Sunday, January 8, 2012 at 3:30 A.M. at his residence. He was born on October 7, 1914 in Caananville to the late Addis J. and Dosea Hudson Gould. He retired from the maintenance department of Marietta College and was a member of the Bible Baptist Church in Bartlett and the Bartlett Grange # 809. He is survived by his wife of 60 years Ellen Arthur Gould of the home, one step-son, Ronald A. Heath and his wife Donna of Belpre, one sister, Beatrice Bennett of Bartlett, 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, 1 step-son, Norman R. Arthur, 4 brothers and 4 sisters. Services will be held on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the Bible Baptist Church in Bartlett with Pastor Jack Berry officiating. Burial will follow in the Bartlett Cemetery with military honors provided by the Morgan County Veterans association. Friends may call on the family on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 from 5-8 P.M. at the Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill.
