Paula Rambo aka Hell Cat, 68, of Malta, passed away Thursday, December 7, 2023 at her residence surrounded by loved ones.  She was born October 11, 1955 to the late Price Van Ness and Donna Mae (Harris) Van Ness in Chesterhill, OH. She was a devoted nurse at Highland Oaks Health Center, a member of the Church of the Gospel Ministry, and a member of the VFW Auxiliary.  She is survived by her son, Ralph Travis Brownrigg of McConnelsville, two daughters, Michele "Mikey" (Mike) Thomas of Zanesville, and Andrea "Andie" (Rich) Knierim of McConnelsville, brother, Charles Burton (Margaret) Van Ness of Stockport, sister, Patricia Creamer of Albany, four grandchildren, Cleve (Alexa) Venoy, Che` Venoy, Josie Knierim, and Trey Knierim and a great-grandchild on the way. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Michael Rambo, brothers, Roger Van Ness and Darrell Van Ness.  A caring cremation will take place at her request and a Celebration of Life is planned for Sunday, December 17, 2023 at the Church of the Gospel Ministry.  To send a note of condolence to the family, please visit www.matheneyfh.com.
